Yungblud has joined forces with The Smashing Pumpkins for a new version of his hit ballad “Zombie.”
The song doesn’t stray too far from the original for the first minute and forty seconds, with the UK vocalist singing the first verse and initial chorus.
The alt-rock legends then put their stamp on the tune when Billy Corgan takes on lead vocals for the second verse, and the Pumpkins’ signature heavy layered guitar sound powers the final minute of the track.
