    Egg Roll, Meet Taco.

Are you even prepared for this? What we’ve right here is like an egg roll filling (meat, cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, garlic, ginger) meets a fried little taco (flour tortilla, contemporary veg on prime, gochujang sauce for serving) and the entire thing eats so much like a folded sandwich.

That’s going to be an enormous sure from me.

My good friend Brandon has been telling me about these for weeks. I do know the entire thought of meat smashed into tortillas is basically having a second on social media (smash burger tacos, hen Caesar smash tacos, and so forth.), however the idea has all the time appeared a bit unusual to me.

Till I attempted these ones – and now I’m a believer.

Apart from being tremendous yummy (don’t skip the gochujang sauce it’s DIVINE on there) – these are shockingly straightforward to make. I do know a number of the recipes within the final SOS series leaned a bit extra in the direction of “concerned” than I usually do – there have been some extras that I simply couldn’t let go of. Shallot crispies, panko breading, house sauce, and so forth. So let’s consider this as a BONUS SOS recipe. You possibly can simply make this in 20 minutes with out breaking a sweat.

Hope you like it! And because of Brandon for sharing this concept with me! YOU WERE RIGHT!
