Air Fryer Brown Sugar Brussels Sprouts Recipe

- Prepare: Line the air fryer basket with an air fryer parchment paper liner. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and remove any loose leaves.
- Whisk Sauce: In a large bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss to Coat: Add the Brussels sprouts to the sauce, then toss to coat them evenly.
- Air Fry: Pour the sauce-coated Brussels sprouts into the lined air fryer and air fry at 390°F for 5 minutes. Open the air fryer and shake the Brussels sprouts, then cook for an additional 5 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
