BTS member Min Yoongi, aka Suga, finally ended his long hiatus with a surprise live interaction on the fan platform Weverse on Sunday. The session marked his first virtual interaction with fans since his military enlistment, sending ARMYs across the globe into an emotional spiral. He also introduced fans to a very special guest, his black cat, Tang.

Keeping things effortless, Suga appeared in a relaxed black T-shirt paired with trousers, completing the look with his signature sleek glasses. The rapper-producer introduced Tang and shared that it translates to Sugar. Before wrapping up, Suga made sure to leave fans with a heartfelt message. “Everyone, it’s cold, please take care of your health. In the near future, I’ll come back again.”

While the interaction was brief, it was enough to send fans into a frenzy since it was Suga’s first live session after two years. A video that has gone viral shows BTS fans watching the Run Jin movie in theatres when they suddenly received a notification that Suga was live. What followed was a chorus of screams and disbelief as fans processed the unexpected moment in real time.
