On the occasion of Ram Pothineni’s birthday on Friday, the actor officially announced his next film, which is touted to be a stylish psychological action thriller. With this move, Ram joins an interesting league of actors like Sr NTR, Krishna, and Pawan Kalyan, who also turned directors.
The makers unveiled a striking birthday-special poster introducing Ram’s character, Veera. The poster carries a dark, intense, and gritty tone, featuring Ram from behind, clad in a leather jacket. His V-cut hairstyle reflects the rawness and attitude of the character. The bold red “V” in the poster symbolizes Veera and hints at rebellion and dominance.
The skyscrapers in the background suggest a complex psychological landscape. “The Story of a Lone Wolf,” the film’s tagline, subtly indicates that the protagonist’s attitude is shaped by solitude and instinct. For his directorial debut, Ram has conceived the narrative himself, promising a powerful cinematic experience.
What makes the project even more exciting is Ram’s transformation as Veera. The actor is known for undergoing physical and stylistic transformations for every role to offer something fresh to audiences. The film’s regular shoot is set to begin in June, with the makers eyeing a December release.
