Initially, the movie was scheduled to be released on July 10, 2026. As per a recent report from Bollywood Hungama, the Alia and Sharvari starrer may now release on July 3, 2026, preponing it by a week.The media portal has recently shared that the decision has been made owing to Dhamaal 4 postponing their release to July 17, 2026, which opened up the window for July 3. The report added, “July 3 has emerged as an apt date to bring Alpha to cinemas since Dhamaal 4, which was scheduled to release on the same day, has now been pushed to July 17. With no major release planned for July 3, producer Aditya Chopra felt it was the right date to bring Alpha to theatres.”While the speculations of the movie’s supposed release date change are at an all-time high, YRF has shared an official statement yet. The actors, Alia, Sharvari and the lead cast, haven’t confirmed or denied the reports as well.
ALPHA was initially slated to release in December 2025. While the plans did not work out, the makers were also looking at releasing the movie in April 2026. Now, the makers have locked July 10 as the official release date. It would be interesting to note if the final release date actually gets preponed.
