Dead & Company have introduced three live shows to rejoice the Grateful Dead’s sixtieth anniversary. The exhibits will happen at Golden Gate Park’s Polo Fields on Friday, August 1; Saturday, August 2; and Sunday, August 3. Assist on the primary night time comes from Billy Strings; the second present options opener Sturgill Simpson (billed as Sturgill “Johnny Blue Skies” Simpson); and Trey Anastasio Band are opening the Sunday night time live performance. The opening units can be as much as 75 minutes lengthy, in line with a press launch.

Lifeless & Firm—that includes John Mayer with former Grateful Lifeless members Bob Weir, Mickey Hart, Invoice Kreutzmann, and others—lately wrapped up their residency on the Las Vegas Sphere. The band has not performed in San Francisco since 2023.

Grateful Lifeless will proceed their anniversary celebrations with a massive box set that’s out on Might 30.
