The Koffee With Karan couch could be in for a lively Punjabi takeover, with Diljit Dosanjh and Vicky Kaushal reportedly set to appear together on Season 9 of Karan Johar’s popular celebrity chat show. If the reported pairing comes to fruition, viewers can expect an entertaining exchange between two stars who have carved out distinct identities in Indian entertainment while sharing an easy camaraderie.
Their contrasting personalities and comic timing make for an entertaining combination, and a collab on the Koffee couch could offer fans a glimpse into their off-screen equation. From behind-the-scenes anecdotes to career choices and candid confessions, there would be plenty for Johar to explore.
Our source said, “Diljit and Vicky share a great rapport, and their episode promises to be one of the season’s most entertaining conversations.”
Both actors have had eventful professional journeys. Diljit, who continues to balance music with acting, appeared in Border 2 and Main Vaapas Aaunga in 2026, adding to a filmography that includes acclaimed performances in Amar Singh Chamkila and Udta Punjab. He is set to star alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War, which is scheduled for release on January 21, 2027. He is also preparing for Mahavatar, Amar Kaushik’s mythological epic centred on Lord Parashurama. While the guest pairing has generated interest, an official confirmation from the show’s makers is awaited. If it materialises, the episode could bring together two performers whose journeys span music, mainstream cinema and increasingly ambitious screen roles.
