Actress Trisha Krishnan was among the many fans who turned up to watch Jana Nayagan on its opening day. The actress was spotted at Rohini Theatre in Koyambedu, Chennai, where she caught the first-day-first-show of the much-awaited film, widely billed as Tamil superstar and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay’s farewell movie. As Trisha exited the theatre, members of the media approached her for her thoughts on the film and the much-talked-about “Thalapathy Kacheri” experience. The actress, however, chose not to interact with reporters and quietly made her way out.

    Trisha’s mother shares her reaction

While Trisha remained silent, her mother spoke to the media and shared her thoughts on the film. “We had a good time. We really enjoyed the movie. I feel bad that this is his last film. We are going to miss him,” she said. Her comments echoed the emotions of many Vijay fans, who have been celebrating Jana Nayagan while also bidding farewell to the actor’s illustrious film career.

Trisha and Vijay’s bond continues to make headlines

Just weeks before the film’s release, Trisha created a buzz on social media by sharing an unseen photograph with Vijay a day after his birthday. The post featured the duo with birthday cakes and carried the caption, “To the person who makes it all worth it.” The post quickly went viral, once again fuelling discussions among fans about the duo’s long-standing friendship and successful on-screen pairing.
