Saiyami Kher is one of those actresses who can conjure up her ambition within a field, and with that drive continue to persevere in other areas. Just recently, she successfully completed her third Iron Man triathlon. For those unaware, the Iron Man triathlon is a long race format stretching across three different mediums of sports. This includes a 3.86 km swim, a 180.25 km bicycle ride, and finally a 42.2 km run.
Aside from that, Saiyami Kher also completed a decade in Bollywood, with some prominent appearances across various movies, including Ghoomer (2023), Agni (2024), Jaat (2025), and her latest Haiwaan (2026) starring Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan.
That’s What You Said is a question meant to make the celebrity reflect on quotes made by them in the past. The core focus is to learn if their older ideologies coexist with their current beliefs or distinct changes are seeing the light of day.
Back in 2021, Saiyami Kher spoke about how she hated negative thoughts and what she wanted to change about herself in a exclusive interview with Filmfare. She said, “I hate, hate negativity and anger.”
She also mentioned how she found her overthinking to be an annoying habit and how she would like to change herself into becoming more positive.

Cut to the present, during an exclusive with Sayami, she reexplored these points, reflecting on the progress made. When asked about what the updates were, Saiyami said, “I feel that the overthinking still continues, to be very honest. But I feel that I definitely have started looking at life in a more optimistic way. So, I feel credit is due. The overthinking, no, that hasn’t changed. That still continues, sadly.”
One of her latest projects was Pal Bhar Ke Liye, which premiered at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IIFM) 2026 in August. We may soon hear the news about its theatrical release.
