Crockpot Mississippi Chicken is all about fork-tender, juicy chicken that's bursting with flavor. You've got zesty pepperoncini peppers, ranch seasoning, au jus mix, and butter that slow cooks with it for some seriously amazing flavor. It's the perfect Southern comfort meal!

    Why Meal Planning Works

    • Less Stress: When dinner is already planned, you have one less thing to worry about on busy days.
    • Save Money: Shopping with a list helps you stick to what you need and cut back on extra trips to the store.
    • More Variety: Mix things up with different flavors and meals so dinner never gets boring.
    • More Family Time: Spend less time figuring out what to cook and more time enjoying dinner together.

Every weekly meal plan comes with a free printable shopping list. I even include measurements to make your grocery trip quick and easy. Looking for more dinner inspiration? Check out all of my weekly meal plans!

    Storing Leftovers

I plan dinners Monday through Friday because our weekends are usually a little less predictable! If you have leftovers, let them cool, then store them in airtight containers in the fridge. Most will keep for 3–4 days, making lunch the next day even easier!
