Xbox Game Pass can be a great way to play plenty of free games, but staying on top of all the promotions is a surprising amount of work. On top of the regular additions to the library and occasional day-one releases, the Free Play Days system drops more temporary free games every weekend.

While subscribers don’t have long to complete Free Play Days games before they disappear again, it’s often possible to knock them out in a weekend, and they’re accessible to Essential, Premium, and Ultimate members alike. The latest trio is a solid lineup, but it won’t be here for much longer.

This week’s Free Play Days selection comprises House Flipper 2, Blades of Fire, and Assetto Corsa Competizione, as announced on Xbox Wire. The games will depart on Sunday, June 28, leaving a small window of time left to check them out.

While all three games typically retail for $39.99, Blades of Fire is currently on sale for $29.99, and Assetto Corsa Competizione is embracing a more aggressive sale price of $9.99. House Flipper 2, meanwhile, is at full retail price outside the Free Play Days access.

The current Free Play Days roster covers several very different genres. House Flipper 2 is a game all about house flipping, unsurprisingly, tasking players with buying cheap homes and putting in the work necessary to make a killing on the market. Blades of Fire, a dark fantasy action-adventure game, mixes Soulslike inspiration with a throwback Xbox 360 vibe. Assetto Corsa Competizione delivers a realistic sim racing experience based on GT race events.

Getting through the full campaigns of these games would be difficult before the weekend ends, but with House Flipper 2 and Assetto Corsa, it’s easy enough to jump in, enjoy some of the game, and leave satisfied without reaching the finish line. Blades of Fire, on the other hand, might be more of a commitment. Luckily, save data from Free Play Days will stick around, so you can always buy it later on if it ends up hooking you and continue from where you left off.

Per usual, Free Play Days can be found in the Free Play Days collection on the console Xbox store. On PC, they can be accessed through the individual game pages on Xbox.com. With price increases looming for the Xbox ecosystem and Grand Theft Auto 6 set to launch at $80+, it’s easier than ever to appreciate getting to play some games for free through Xbox Game Pass.
