Byrne recently collaborated earlier this year with Lafourcade and Mexican Institute of Sound on “¿Cuál Es La Razón?,” a Spanish-language reworking of “What Is the Reason for It?,” from his 2025 album Who Is the Sky?
The musician is currently touring behind Who Is the Sky? and will play three consecutive nights at Mexico City’s Teatro Metropólitan on September 4th, 5th, and 6th. He’ll then head to Guadalajara’s Auditorio Telmex on September 8th before wrapping the Mexican run at Monterrey’s Escenario GNP Seguros on September 10th.
