Telugu star Ram Charan was mobbed by fans outside a hospital a day after he and wife Upasana Konidela welcomed their twins, a baby girl and a boy. Jubilant fans gathered in large numbers outside Apollo Hospital in Chennai to catch a glimpse of the actor. However, when Charan arrived to meet his wife, he was quickly surrounded by the crowd, with fans eager to click photos and videos, leaving the actor visibly upset.
Charan was accompanied by his two-year-old daughter, Klin Kaara, and he was seen trying to shield her from the commotion as he carried her in his arms and made his way into the hospital. He also gestured to the crowd to move aside, appearing upset by the situation. He pushed through the crowd and also tried to protect his firstborn from the overzealous crowd.

Meanwhile, Ram Charan’s superstar father Chiranjeevi announced the birth of the twins. On February 1, Charan also took to social media to share the news. He shared a picture with Upasana from her pregnancy days and wrote, “Happy to share that we have been blessed with a baby boy & girl. Having two daughters and a son fills us with immense gratitude. The women in our life have been our greatest strength. I’m very thankful to all our fans, family and well-wishers who have stood by us and supported us through every moment.”
Ram Charan and Upasana got married in 2012. They welcomed their firstborn, a girl child, Klin Kaara Konidela, in June 2023.
