A lot of celebrities were in Gujarat recently to attend music maestro AR Rahman’s private concert. Manish Malhotra, Aamir Khan, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, among others, were seen grooving to his songs and enjoying the evening. Shaan, Shreya Ghoshal, Neeti Mohan and Pratibha Singh also enthralled the crowd with their performances.
In photos and videos that have gone viral on social media, Ranveer and Deepika can be seen standing next to each other, engrossed in the live performance. For the evening, the Dhurandhar actor wore a white kurta with a Nehru jacket, whereas Deepika opted for a saree paired with a pink coat. Aamir Khan chose a black kurta.

She wrote, “An unforgettable evening sharing the stage with Rahman sir for a private concert for a very august gathering.”
Talking of Deepika, the actress recently opened up about work-life balance and motherhood during an interview with Harper’s Bazaar. She said, “When mothers say, ‘You’ll understand when you become one,’ it’s true. I have so much more respect for my mother now. You can plan how you think you’ll navigate work and motherhood, but the reality is very different.”
She continued, “We’ve normalised overworking. We mistake burnout for commitment. Eight hours of work a day is enough for the human body and mind. Only when you’re healthy can you give your best. Bringing a burnt-out person back into the system helps no one.”
