    The ultimate album from legendary outsider folks artist Michael Hurley is about to be launched posthumously. Mastered simply two weeks earlier than Hurley’s death earlier this yr, Broken Homes and Gardens is out September 12 through No Quarter.     Michael Hurley died in April on the age of 83.
